Internationaal congres Oikos: Circulaire economie
A strong climate policy that calls a halt to global warming requires radical changes in all of our social systems. But the proof of the pudding is our economy. Can we replace our energy-intensive and disposable model of production and consumption with an economy based on ecological production? Then we’re talking about a circular economy which is righteous, where people share goods and services, take matters in their own hands and which replaces focus on growth by an economy of enough.
At this seminar we propose a unique blend of inspiring pioneers from economy, politics, academia and civil society. They show that what is necessary is also achievable. Since radical change is the only realistic path to a resilient future, with a good life for everyone.
